Electro-magnetic oil pump, also known as multi-point electro-magnetic oil pump, is a motor-driven dry oil pump that can be equipped with an internal or external controller. The oil supply time is selected for control by the main PLC. The overall protection rating of the pump is IP65, with the motor cover shell providing dust and rain protection. When paired with level switches, controllers, and other components, it can achieve functions such as level alarms and intermittent oil supply.
The pump features 1 to 3 oil outlet options. In the SLR system, each outlet can proportionally distribute grease to various lubrication points via control components; in the PRG system, each outlet is part of a lubrication system composed of its own distributor, which, under the control of a programmable controller, can定时定量 distribute grease to the various lubrication points. Each outlet can form its own lubrication system through its respective distributor.
Electric oil pumps are widely used, suitable for harsh working conditions such as construction machinery, building equipment, mobile machinery, mining equipment, etc., where vibrations are high and dust is severe. They can also be used in industries such as transportation, machine tools, and forging.
The electric grease pump is driven by a DC power source and uses a DC motor and mechanical transmission to reciprocate the plunger, continuously outputting grease. It features an incorporated relief valve, which can be used in conjunction with a dry grease metering injector to lubricate the system. Through a programmable controller, the grease can be delivered to each lubrication point at timed and precise quantities. The pump is also equipped with an internal overflow valve, effectively protecting the lubrication system.
