I. Terms of Use

This product is suitable for machinery and equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, energy, and transportation.Rare oil lubricationIndustrial lubricating oil with viscosity grades N22 to N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22 to 460).
The integral oil station features all components mounted on the oil tank, with performance parameters essentially identical to the XYZ-G model. However, five specifications of oil stations with flow rates exceeding 125L/min are also produced in an integral design, allowing these larger stations to still be lifted as a single unit, without foot bolts, making installation extremely convenient. It is particularly suitable for situations where the area for thin oil is limited. Nevertheless, sufficient maintenance height and space are required above and around the oil station. Since the oil pump is on top of the oil tank, the selected pump must have adequate suction height, especially when the lubricating oil has high viscosity and low temperature, which requires attention.
Integrated oil supply station with oil pressure ≤0.4MPa, filtration accuracy 0.08～0.12mm (smaller value allowed for low viscosity), cooling water temperature ≤30°C, pressure 0.2～0.4MPa; oil inlet temperature to cooler at 50°C, temperature drop after cooler ≥8°C; use electric heater to increase oil temperature.

II. Working Principle

Similar to the XYZ-G model with a flow rate of ≤125L/min, an electric heater is also used to raise the oil temperature.

Section 3: Structural Features

Also similar to the XYZ-G type with a flow rate of ≤125L/min, but with an integrated magnetic screen for oil return filtration, the external magnetic filter is eliminated; the instrument panel is also the same as the XYZ-6G to 125G.
