Usage Instructions:

(1) Steel Pipe Surface Treatment: Remove rust, slag, burrs, oil, and dirt, maintaining cleanliness and dryness. Manual rust removal should reach St3 grade, mechanical rust removal should reach Sa2 grade, and comply with SY/J4 007-86 requirements.

(2) Priming: Use the specified matching primer, keep away from fire sources when using, mix thoroughly, and apply evenly with a clean brush, roller, or other mechanical methods. Primer consumption: Hand application 12㎡/L, mechanical application 20㎡/L.

(3) Once the primer is dry to the touch (usually after 5-10 minutes), it's ready for wrapping.

(4) Excavation Backfill: The excavation is ready for backfill upon passing quality inspection and acceptance.

Transportation and Storage:

(1) Tape is used to protect goods from sun exposure, rain, and prevent damage or deformation during transportation.

(2) When exposed to extreme freezing below 5°C during transportation or storage, the product must be stored at around 20°C for 48 hours before application.

(3) Store in a cool, dry place with temperatures between 5-30°C, away from heat sources and open flames. Shelf life is 12 months.
