Equipment Structure:

A liquid mixer consists of a transmission system (motor + reducer), a stainless steel cylindrical drum (with a removable top, drum body, and conical bottom), a stirring shaft with frame-type blades, a stand, and an electrical control system. It is easy to operate and highly practical.

Operation Principle:

The liquid mixing tank is driven by an electric motor via a triangular belt transmission to rotate the stirrer wheel, which ensures the uniform mixing of the materials to be blended. The mixing speed is adjustable.

The heating agitator tank heats the material by transferring heat from the jacketed body to the medium, ensuring even heating as it mixes. The digital temperature control and mixing timer are separately controlled, allowing for flexible settings.
