Product Introduction: Low Temperature SCR Desulfurization and Denitrification Equipment for Glass Kilns
I. Working Principle
The medium-low temperature SCR desulfurization and denitrification technology utilizes specialized catalysts to reduce SOx and NOx in flue gas to harmless nitrogen (N2), water (H2O), and sulfates within a lower temperature range (usually 120~450℃). This technology employs NH3 (amine gas) or other reductants as the reducing agent, which, under the action of the catalyst, undergoes selective catalytic reduction reactions with SOx and NOx, thereby achieving efficient desulfurization and denitrification.
Section II: Main Equipment Composition
SCR CatalystCore components of the SCR desulfurization and denitrification system typically use high-efficiency and durable catalyst materials such as oxides of vanadium, tungsten, titanium, and other elements, which maintain excellent catalytic activity under medium and low-temperature conditions.
Reagent喷射系统Used to uniformly spray reductants (such as ammonia water, liquid amines, etc.) into flue gas, ensuring thorough mixing with the flue gas to provide the necessary conditions for subsequent catalytic reduction reactions.
Denitrification ReactorThe reactor is equipped with a catalyst support structure and a guiding device, ensuring that flue gas can uniformly pass through the catalyst layer and undergo catalytic reduction reaction.
Flue Gas Pretreatment SystemIncluding pre-treatment equipment such as dust removal and desulfurization, used to remove pollutants like dust and sulfur dioxide from flue gas, preventing catalyst clogging and poisoning.
