The JY600Q portable core drill is suitable for medium to deep hole wire-line coring drilling. It features a lightweight modular design, allowing for manual handling.
The drilling machine is powered by two Komatsu diesel engines in a full-hydraulic drive system.

The JY series full-hydraulic core drill rig by Julong is a new model developed by our company, drawing on advanced technologies from similar drilling rigs both domestically and internationally. It is primarily used for drilling in solid ore deposits and can also be applied in engineering geology, shallow oil drilling, groundwater exploration, and for engineering drilling tasks such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The rig is powered by full hydraulic drive, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and inclined-axis piston motor. It features mechanical two-speeds with infinite speed adjustment, and an advanced structure. The power head is equipped with an oil cylinder chain speed multiplier mechanism for smooth and reliable movement, featuring a power head lateral sliding mechanism. The mast can be raised and lowered by an oil cylinder for overall sliding, allowing drilling within a 0-90° range. The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control, offering high efficiency and high torque. The rig is equipped with hydraulic wooden horse clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, and telescopic masts for quick positioning. It is also configured with a wireless remote-controlled crawler, suitable for various terrains, allowing control of the rig's crawling at a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
