The JY series full-hydraulic core drill rig by Jilong is a new model developed by our company, drawing on advanced technologies from similar drilling rigs domestically and internationally. It is primarily used for drilling in solid ore deposits and can also be applied in engineering geology, shallow oil drilling, groundwater exploration, and engineering drilling for tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The rig is powered by full hydraulic drive, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and inclined-axis piston motor. It features mechanical two-speeds and stepless speed regulation, with an advanced structure. The power head utilizes an oil cylinder chain drive mechanism for feeding, ensuring smooth and reliable movement, and is equipped with a power head lateral sliding mechanism. The mast can be raised and lowered by an oil cylinder for overall sliding, allowing drilling within a 45-90° range. The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control, offering high work efficiency and high torque. The rig is equipped with hydraulic wood-horse clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, and telescopic masts for quick positioning. It is also configured with a wireless remote-controlled crawler, suitable for various terrains, enabling control of the rig's crawling at a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
