The raw material for the pre-cast flooring is a colored dry powder of high polymer, a high-tech new type of colored flooring material, which can be applied to concrete surfaces to create a wide range of vibrant, high-strength, and wear-resistant decorative finishes. It can also be used for decorative renovations of walls and old floors, realistically simulating various wall tiles, ceramic tiles, stones, slate, and floor tiles from traditional building materials.Patterned flooring construction technique. Stamped flooring is applied in various roads, replacing colored bricks in terms of cost and practical value, offering excellent anti-slip, durable, and aesthetic artistic effects.

Product Features of Embossed Paving Tiles:
Pattern and color combinations are flexible; the entire shape can be installed in one go.
2. The compressive strength is generally over three times that of ordinary concrete, with excellent wear resistance.
3. Utilizes inorganic pigments for colorfastness and durability, excellent resistance to UV rays, suitable for the complex and variable temperature, humidity, and other climatic conditions in China.
4. Oil, water, and slip-resistant; surface will not crack, peel, or fade.

Pavement stamping construction process:
1. Subgrade Treatment: The area should be compacted and leveled thoroughly to achieve the required compaction density.
2. Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, and smooth it with a tool, considering the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.
3. Prior to concrete initial setting, level the concrete surface using a trowel. Then, uniformly scatter the colored ink material according to the specified amount, two to three times using the spreading method, followed by smoothing and polishing with a specialized trowel each time.
4. Apply the demolding agent evenly over the concrete surface in accordance with the specified dosage.
5. Arrange the specified mold patterns neatly on the concrete surface, lay out the designs, and then proceed with the embossing work.
6. Maintain the finished floor, typically ready for use after 72 hours under 25°C conditions.

The precast concrete flooring involves coloring and reinforcing the concrete surface after the water has evaporated from the freshly laid concrete, by dry-spraying colored reinforcing agents. Then, a special tool is used to blend the colored reinforcing agent into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and sheen have disappeared, a uniform application of colored release agent is applied, followed immediately by pressing pre-selected molds onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors.
