Basic Structure of Laboratory Ultra-Pure Water System
The laboratory ultra-pure water machine's structure consists of a set of filtration systems, including a pre-filtration system, a reverse osmosis filtration system, a deionization exchange system, and a sterilization system.
The laboratory ultra-pure water system requires incoming water and electricity to operate. Water passes through various filtration systems to produce pure water and concentrated water. The pure water then undergoes deionization and sterilization to produce ultra-pure water, while the concentrated water is discharged.
Power enters the ultra-pure water system through the central integrated system, controlling various filtration systems to adjust water flow and volume for operation. During operation, it checks all filtration systems and monitors the water quality.
Water quality is controlled through the water intake unit, while concentrated wastewater is managed through the effluent control unit. Real-time water quality can be monitored online when ultra-pure water is being extracted, ensuring the reliability of water quality use.

The RO (Reverse Osmosis) components, EDI (Electrodeionization) modules, high-purity precision polished resins, and main accessories, as well as machinery, pumps, and instruments for this equipment, can all be selected with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, which provide a reliable guarantee for the quality of the equipment.
Customers may require the installation of an EDI module.
