The IPC-HP control board is based on the PCI bus, with each control board capable of driving up to a 2-inch nozzle unit. The IPC-HP can control and drive nozzle units up to a total height of 8 inches by adding controller cards.

Reliable communication

Each controller card features an independent synchronizer, photo eye, and serial interface. Ethernet communication is achieved through the computer's network port. In the required situations, the IPC-HP can be remotely controlled via our comprehensive communication protocol. The control card is configured with up to 8 output signals for external devices.

A variety of nozzle designs accommodate various spray applications such as side and downward printing. The IPC-HP features freely adjustable nozzle offset values and seamless alignment.
