Steel ring support

Made from various fabrics, supported by steel rings, and constructed with high-frequency heat-sealed sleeves, featuring a fixed outer diameter. It operates normally between 110℃ and -40℃. It effectively resists dust, water, oil, emulsions, and chemicals. It boasts a neat appearance and is resistant to deformation. Due to its tightness and rigidity, it is suitable for ventilation and dust removal in various machinery. The required diameter and length can be determined based on the specific requirements of the customer.

Sewn

A variety of materials are available based on different working environments. They are initially formed into discs through stamping and stitching. The adjacent inner and outer edges are sewn together, which ensures good shape stability and firmness in the horizontal direction through stitching. Installation methods include whole, zipper, hook-and-loop, and snap-button styles, offering greater convenience for users.

Job Characteristics

The component can perform extension or compression movements, suitable for both vertical and horizontal use. When in a horizontal position, plastic or aluminum support rings are used to maintain a uniform distance between the protective casing and the screw, thereby extending the service life. For longer stretch lengths, a metal ring is added to each fold to enhance the stability of the protective casing. Metal flanges are used for connections or fixed ends, or a sleeve-type option can be chosen.
