The working principle of the fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying machine primarily relies on the cavitation, acceleration, and straight-in flow effects of ultrasound in a liquid. Ultrasound is a mechanical wave with a vibration frequency higher than that of sound waves, generated by the vibration of a transducer crystal under the excitation of voltage. When ultrasound propagates through the cleaning liquid, it forms tiny bubbles, which rapidly collapse under the action of ultrasound, creating an instantaneous high-pressure impact on the surface of the object, causing dirt to quickly peel off. At the same time, ultrasound also causes the liquid and the cleaning tank to vibrate together, aiding in the dispersion, emulsification, and stripping of dirt, achieving the cleaning purpose. The drying function is typically achieved through methods such as hot air or infrared.
