Machine Tool Application:
This series of face milling and center drilling machines is designed for economic practicality, primarily for the machining of small and medium-sized shaft parts with diameters less than 100mm and lengths less than 1000mm. The machines in this series feature a double-spindle power head with opposed milling and separate drilling, capable of face milling, center hole drilling, and external diameter turning operations. They offer high processing efficiency, strong economy, flexible performance, and easy operation.
Structural Layout:
This machine features a flat bed three-axis structure, equipped with three sets of CNC feed tables, two pairs of opposed double spindle power heads, a milling spindle with a BT50 standard interface milling disc, and a drilling spindle with a BT40 standard drill chuck. The drilling spindle can optionally be fitted with an external diameter facing disk to turn a segment of the workpiece's outer diameter while drilling the center hole, which is used for holding during subsequent lathe processing, thus eliminating the need for a lathe turning process. It utilizes two sets of self-centering hydraulic vices for clamping workpieces, which can quickly adjust the clamping position based on the workpiece length.
