Product Introduction:
This series of planer boring machines for center holes is suitable for batch or mass production of various shaft parts such as motor shafts, gear shafts, camshafts, crankshafts, etc., for face milling at both ends and center hole boring. It allows simultaneous face milling on both ends and simultaneous processing of center holes. With different tool combinations, it can perform operations like external rounding, chamfering, drilling, and threading on workpieces. It is primarily designed for processing medium to large shaft parts with diameters up to 100mm and lengths up to 1500mm. The machine features an integrated inclined bed structure, which facilitates loading and unloading and smooth chip removal.
Product Features:
Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is hardened to HRC52 or above. The sliding surface is meticulously scraped and assembled, with centralized lubrication oil supply ensuring sufficient and reliable lubrication. The performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the holding force is strong.
2. High-rigidity rectangular guide rails with quenching hardness exceeding HRC52, featuring a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surface is treated with plastic coating to prevent low-speed creep and enhance the guide rail lifespan. Equipped with precision ground double nut ball screw transmission, it offers high precision and long service life.
3. Features a twin-spindle design with separate milling and drilling, offering a rational structure, easy knife handling, and adjustment. The power head utilizes a gear-driven mechanism, providing high torque and strong cutting force.
