Product Introduction:
This series of face milling and center drilling machines is designed for the processing of medium to large shaft parts with diameters of φ160mm or less and lengths up to 1800mm. The standard model features a dual-spindle power head with opposed milling and drilling separation, capable of face milling, center hole drilling, and outer diameter turning. Special configurations can process threads down to M24. This series offers a wider range of processing lengths, comprehensive functions, strong rigidity, cost-effectiveness, ease of operation, and more.
Structural Layout:
This machine features a flat bed three-axis structure, equipped with three CNC feeding worktables, two opposing double-spindle power heads, a milling spindle with a BT50 standard interface cutter, and a drilling spindle with a BT40 standard drill chuck. The drilling spindle can also optionally be fitted with an external cylindrical lathe disk for turning a segment of the outer circle at the workpiece shaft end while drilling the center hole, which is used for subsequent lathe processing to hold the workpiece, eliminating the need for a turning process to turn the lathe head. It is equipped with two self-centering hydraulic clamps for holding workpieces, which can quickly adjust the clamping position according to the length of the workpiece.

1. Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is heat treated to a hardness of HRC52 or higher. The sliding surfaces are meticulously scraped and assembled, with centralized lubrication oil supply ensuring thorough and reliable lubrication. The performance is stable, clamping is convenient, and the holding force is strong.
2. High-rigidity rectangular guide rails with quenching hardness exceeding HRC52, featuring a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surfaces are treated with plastic coating to prevent low-speed creep and enhance guide rail longevity. Equipped with precision ground double screw ball screw drive for high accuracy and extended lifespan.
3. Features dual spindles with separate milling and drilling designs, offering a rational structure for easy tooling and adjustment. The power head utilizes gear transmission, providing high torque and strong cutting force.
4. Four-axis servo CNC system with precise positioning, simple position handwheel operation, and easy adjustment.
5. Utilize volumetric electric lubrication pumps for efficient lubrication of the guide rail and screw, enhancing the machine tool's service life.
6. Standard with belt-type chip conveyor, available for rear or side discharge
7. Optional Features: Chamfering, drilling, threading, and other external wheel processing options.
