1.Product Application
Flat curing presses are primarily used for the vulcanization and curing of rubber products, the molding of composite materials, the heating and curing process, and the liquid forming process of high-temperature-resistant polyimide composites. This gives the rubber materials certain elasticity and wear resistance, making them suitable for manufacturing tires, rubber hoses, rubber plates, and other products.
The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is mainly used for vulcanizing flat rubber belts, plates, and other flat products made of high polymers.
2.Technical Introduction
(1The flat vulcanization technology involves placing rubber materials in molds and subjecting them to a high-temperature, high-pressure process and environment, causing a chemical reaction in the rubber materials to complete the vulcanization process, resulting in rubber products with specific properties and shapes. The high-pressure force is generated by a hydraulic system through hydraulic cylinders, while the high temperature is provided by heating media (usually steam, thermal oil, etc., superheated water is also used). The flat vulcanizer is mainly used for vulcanizing flat rubber belts (such as conveyor belts, drive belts, commonly referred to as flat belts), and conveyor belt flat vulcanizers are primarily used for vulcanizing flat rubber belts, rubber plates, high polymers, and other flat products.
(2Platen vulcanizers are typically composed of components such as frames, hydraulic cylinders, heating plates, and vulcanizing molds. Based on the structure of the frame, flat belt platen vulcanizers can mainly be categorized into pillar-type and frame-type flat belt vulcanizers. They can be single-layer or multi-layer depending on the number of working layers, and can be oil pressure or water pressure systems based on the hydraulic system's working medium.
