Mini Ceramic Membrane Test Equipment - Sanitary Grade Stainless Steel NF Membrane Equipment - Quankun
Ceramic membranes are asymmetric separation membranes made from ceramic materials such as alumina, zirconia, and titania. They come in either single-tube or multi-channel shapes, with micropores covering the tube walls. Under the effect of working pressure drop, the liquid inside the membrane tube flows in a zigzag manner. The portion smaller than the membrane pore diameter passes through the pores into the permeate side, becoming filtrate, while substances larger than the pore diameter are blocked by the membrane, forming a concentrate. This process achieves separation and concentration of substances.

Product Features:
1. Ensure stable power. Features high-quality brand stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pumps with low noise, corrosion resistance, self-priming capability, pressure relief, and more. Variable frequency control prevents water pressure surges, reduces energy consumption, and freely adjusts pressure and flow rate along with pressure regulating valves.
2. Structural Design: Box-type main unit structure with desktop design, compact, aesthetically pleasing, and finely crafted. The system supply and return lines use internally pressurized braided hoses, while dialysis lines use silicone hoses for easy connection. The main unit system pipes are made of hygienic stainless steel pipes and accessories with internal circulation design, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing, and easy maintenance, fully simulating industrial equipment and allowing for easy acquisition of test data close to industrial-scale expansion.
3. Humanized compact design; Clamp cycle drum is operated with cooling control via an external cold source (tap water or chilled water unit). The desk-style design is ergonomically friendly and easy to operate. The compact structure features a small working volume. By setting flow, pressure, and a thermometer, it's a breeze to monitor the changes in various parameters within the system.
4. Flexible usage conditions. The device can utilize both inorganic ceramic membrane cores with a filtration precision of 30nm to 1200nm and organic tubes, covering molecular weights from 5000 to 250,000 DALTON. It meets the requirements for microfiltration and ultrafiltration in various applications.
