The GZQJYX series gearboxes are the upgraded products of our factory's specialized crane gearboxes, the GZQJY series. The continuous improvement of our factory's technical equipment, the ever-refined manufacturing techniques and processes, the new optimized design methods and analytical tools, as well as the increasingly stringent scientific quality management and control, ensure that the GZQJYX gearboxes meet the growing demand for high performance and reliability.
Performance Advantages:
1. Precision-machined with carburized and quenched alloy steel, gear materials and heat treatment are implemented in accordance with the advanced ME grade control under the new international standard ISO 6336-1996.
2. Utilizing new international standards for design and manufacturing control: Products refer to ISO/WD13593:1997 Industrial Enclosed Gear Drive Systems. Precision adheres to ISO 1328:1995 Cylindrical Gear Accuracy. Load and classification follow FEM-related standards, with gear strength calculations based on the ISO 6336:1996 Gear Load Capacity Calculation Method.
All gears undergo non-destructive testing both during the blank stage and after precision finishing. The housing is welded using advanced welding equipment and techniques, ensuring high strength and rigidity. Ultrasonic testing is performed on all major welds of the housing.
4. By employing advanced manufacturing techniques such as shaping, we enhance tooth meshing accuracy, achieving high strength with low noise.
5. Root shot peening for enhanced root bending strength.
6. Employ equal strength optimization design to achieve balanced strength of gears, shafts, and housings; conduct structural finite element analysis on major components.
7. Versatile output formats and installation locations.
