The NGMBY series of edge drive reducers are primarily used in ball mills with edge drives for cement mills, coal mills, and other applications. The reducers are manufactured according to ISO 1328-1995 standards and feature the following technical characteristics:

3. Gear materials are all made of alloy steel, manufactured using carburizing and quenching process.

5. Select a working condition factor of 2.0 or higher for increased gear load-bearing capacity.

All rolling bearings have a lifespan of over 100,000 hours.

8. Gears and bearings are lubricated under forced lubrication, equipped with a dedicated oil station that can be interfaced with standard oil station products.
