The NGMBY series edge drive reducer is mainly used for ball mill edge drive reducers in cement mills, coal mills, and other applications. The reducer conforms to the ISO 1328-1995 standard and features the following technical characteristics:
1. Utilizes a high-reliability, long-life design.
2. The NGMBY series edge drive reducer features single-stage reduction, with the small gear in an integral design and the large gear in a modular assembly.
3. All gears are made of alloy steel, manufactured using carburizing and quenching process.
Gear precision is high, meeting or exceeding the 6th grade precision requirements of ISO 1328-1995.
5. Select a working condition factor of 2.0 or above for greater gear load-bearing capacity.
All rolling bearings have a lifespan of over 100,000 hours.
7. Smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life.
8. Gears and bearings are lubricated under forced lubrication, equipped with a dedicated oil station that can interface with standard oil station products.
