The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced standards and decades of product trial production experience. It selects equipment according to the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. It is suitable for matching speed increasing (or decreasing) gearboxes with units such as steam turbines, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalytic energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, civil test benches, and other equipment.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

1. High-speed Rotation: Product features a high-speed rotation of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, with a high power output of 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy reaches ISO 4-5 levels, and dynamic balance accuracy reaches ISO 0.4-1.6 levels.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy to ISO 1328, gear strength to AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988, heat treatment of gear materials to ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection to API 670, lubrication system standard to API 614.

5. High Technology: Products utilize 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, modification of tooth shape due to thermal elastic deformation, shot peening reinforcement process for the root of the gear, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system, among other newly developed research achievements of the company.

6. High Reliability: Gearbox design life exceeds 20 years.
