Fluorocarbon aluminum composite panels, as a form of curtain wall, are commonly used for building facades.Protective and non-illuminated walls replace mosaic and general sandblasted exterior walls. Aluminum composite panel curtain walls, as a type of aluminum composite panel curtain wall, have an advantage in the application of high-rise buildings due to their light weight and high strength. High-rise buildings are constantly subjected to various loads, experiencing significant wind pressure. Mosaic tiles are prone to falling off, and curtain wall materials with weak hardness can deform under the force of strong wind pressure. As a major consumer of curtain walls, high-rise buildings extensively utilize aluminum composite panel curtain walls due to their unique advantages.

Fluorocarbon aluminum single-panel installation process
------------------------
1. Prior to construction, re-inspect the quality of the main structure against the aluminum panel facade frame design. The quality of the main structure significantly impacts the arrangement of the facade frame. Particularly, deviations in wall verticality and flatness, as well as the position of external openings, will affect the overall horizontal positioning of the facade.
2. Thoroughly inspect construction drawings and on-site measured dimensions to ensure the design and manufacturing are complete.
3. Aluminum panel curtain walls are constructed using scaffolding. Construction double-row scaffolding is set up according to the specified height and width of the curtain wall frame design drawings. The scaffolding is to be at least 50cm away from the wall for ease of construction.
4. The exterior wall bottom coat plastering is completed and has passed the inspection and acceptance.
