Fluorocarbon aluminum single-panel is a type of curtain wall, commonly used for building facades.Protective and non-illuminated walls replace mosaic and general sandblasted exterior walls. Aluminum composite panel curtain walls, as a type of aluminum composite panel curtain wall, have an advantage in the application of high-rise buildings due to their light weight and high strength. Since high-rise buildings are constantly subjected to various loads, they experience significant wind pressure. Mosaic tiles are prone to falling off, and幕墙 materials with low hardness may deform under the influence of strong wind pressure. As a major consumer of curtain walls, high-rise buildings extensively utilize aluminum composite panel curtain walls, leveraging their unique advantages.

Fluorocarbon aluminum single-panel installation process
------------------------
Before construction, re-inspect the quality of the main structure against the aluminum panel facade frame design. The quality of the main structure significantly affects the arrangement of the facade frame. Particularly, deviations in the wall's verticality and flatness, as well as the position of the external openings, will impact the horizontal positioning of the entire facade.
2. Thoroughly inspect construction drawings and on-site measurements to ensure the design and processing are complete.
3. Aluminum panel curtain walls are constructed using scaffolding. Construction of double-row scaffolding is set up according to the specified height and width of the curtain wall frame design drawings. The scaffolding is set at least 50cm away from the wall for ease of construction.
4. The exterior wall base coat plastering is completed and has passed the inspection and acceptance.
