Screw jack guard, also known as screw jack sleeve, is a type of protective cover that effectively shields screws, light bars, shafts, columns, and other components from dust and other external contaminants and damage.

The products are categorized by manufacturing process into steel ring-supported and stitched types. Shape-wise, they include cylindrical, tower, square, rectangular, oval, stair, crescent, semicircular, and various other shapes. Connection types include: (1) Both ends with collars (gasket style), (2) Both ends with flanges (screw style), and (3) One end with a flange and one end with a collar. Flanges are further divided into PVC flanges and metal flanges.

Steel ring support

Made from various fabrics, supported by steel rings, and constructed with high-frequency heat-sealed sleeves, featuring a fixed outer diameter. Operates normally between high temperatures of 110℃ and low temperatures of -40℃. Offers effective protection against dust, water, oil, emulsions, and chemicals. Characterized by its neat appearance and resistance to deformation. Its tightness and rigidity make it suitable for ventilation and dust removal in numerous machinery. Diameter and length can be customized according to specific customer requirements.

Sewn

Various materials are available depending on the working environment. The products are first formed into discs through stamping and sewing. The two inner edges and two outer edges are stitched together, which achieves good shape stability and firmness in the horizontal direction through the sewing process. Installation methods include whole, zipper, hook-and-loop, and snap styles, offering greater convenience for users to install.

The device can extend or compress with the parts, suitable for both vertical and horizontal use. When in a horizontal position, use a plastic or aluminum support ring to maintain a uniform distance between the housing and the screw, thereby extending the service life. For larger stretch lengths, add a metal ring to each fold to enhance the stability of the guard. Connect or fix the ends with a metal flange disk, or opt for a sleeve-type connection.
