Available in various materials such as nylon fabric, insulating sheeting, rubber-coated fabric, oil-resistant fabric, waterproof fabric, flame-retardant fabric, and heat-resistant fabric, to tailor to customers' specific needs. Customers must provide: 1) the stretched length; 2) the contracted thickness; 3) the diameter of the protective parts; 4) the maximum outer diameter of the sleeve and the required connection method; 5) technical specifications for the usage environment and material requirements. Generally, the ratio of the stretched length to the contracted thickness of the sleeve is 1 meter to 15 centimeters, but can also be customized to a larger or smaller ratio as per customer request.
Features include dust, water, oil, emulsifier, and chemical resistance, as well as anti-metal shavings, stretch resistance, non-deforming upon impact, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The protective sleeve is connected to the centering flange installed at both ends of the protected component, ensuring a non-contact connection. The safety of the connection between the protective sleeve and the centering flange is achieved through its inherent pre-compressed spring force, resulting in stable operation, flexibility, low noise, and a black glossy surface that coordinates with most flange components on the machine. White screw protector sleeves can also be produced. The elongation-to-compression ratio of the sleeve is 1000:150, allowing it to expand or compress with mechanical components. It is flexible and not restricted by diameter size, extension length, or connection method.
According to different working environments, various materials are used. They are first formed into discs through stamping and sewing. The adjacent inner and outer edges are stitched together, achieving good shape stability and firmness in the horizontal direction through sewing. It effectively protects parts such as lead screws, light bars, shafts, pillars, etc., from dust and other external contaminants and damage. The circular stitched protective cover is made up of multiple discs, with adjacent inner and outer edges stitched together, achieving good shape stability and horizontal firmness through sewing.
Especially suitable for protecting small particles and can bear the weight generated by the particles. The circular sewn protective cover can be used horizontally or vertically. When used horizontally, it is recommended to use a plastic or aluminum support ring to maintain a uniform distance between the leather bellows and the screw, extending its service life. When the stretch length is large, a metal ring can be added at each fold to enhance the stability of the leather bellows. The connecting or fixing end is usually equipped with a metal flange, or a sleeve clamp can be chosen. Additionally, we can also provide side-opening models, which can avoid the hassle of disassembling and installing the machine for customers, more effectively improving production efficiency and saving labor and materials, thus gaining the favor of an increasing number of users.
