Customers must provide: 1) the stretched length; 2) the shrinked thickness; 3) the diameter of the protective part; 4) the maximum outer diameter requirement of the sleeve and the connection method; 5) the usage environment and technical specifications for material requirements. Generally, the ratio of the stretched length to the shrinked thickness of the sleeve is 1 meter to 15 cm, but we can also process and produce sleeves with a larger or smaller伸缩 ratio according to customer requirements.

The protective sleeve is connected to the centering flange installed at both ends of the protected part, forming a non-contact connection. The safety of the connection between the protective sleeve and the centering flange is achieved through its inherent pre-compressed elastic force, ensuring stable operation, flexibility, and low noise during use. The surface is black with a glossy finish, coordinating with most flange components on the machine. White screw protector sleeves can also be produced. The elongation-to-compression ratio of the sleeve is 1000:150, allowing it to expand or compress with mechanical components. It is bendable without restrictions in diameter size, extension length, and connection method.

When used horizontally, it is recommended to use a plastic or aluminum support ring to maintain a uniform distance between the skin chamber and the screw rod, extending its service life. The connecting or fixed end is usually fitted with a metal flange, or a sleeve clamp can be chosen.
