A chain conveyor, also known as a cable or wire protection conveyor, is a device that binds cables, wires, or pneumatic and hydraulic hoses for easy rotation and movement.
Cables are divided into steel and plastic types. Steel cables are made of steel and aluminum, available for customization, while plastic cables are also known as engineering plastic cables. Cables are categorized into three types based on usage and requirements: bridge type, fully enclosed, and semi-enclosed. Rectangular metal flexible hoses, protective sheaths, bellows, and metal flexible hoses can also be included in cable protection and mobile power supply products. Cables are used in reciprocating motion applications, providing traction and protection for cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. Cables have been widely applied in industries such as CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery, injection molding robots, handling machinery, plastic machinery, lifting equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles, metal processing machines, machine tools, casting machinery, and port equipment.
The chain is composed of numerous individual links that rotate freely between each other.
The drag chains within the same series have identical inner and outer heights, as well as pitch. The inner width and bend radius R can vary in options.
The modular link consists of left and right chain plates, as well as top and bottom covers. Each section of the drag chain can be opened, making it easy to install and dismantle without the need for wiring. After the cover is opened, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and other items can be placed into the drag chain.
Each section of the chain guide can be designed to be removable for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds.
Separation strips are also available to divide the space within the chain as required.
Available in: Steel Conduit, Steel-Aluminum Conduit, Plastic Conduit, Stainless Steel Conduit, Nylon Conduit, etc.
Form options include: bridge-style cable carriers, multi-bridge style cable carriers, enclosed cable carriers, noise-reducing cable carriers, open cable carriers, S-type cable carriers, articulated cable carriers, line guide cable carriers, etc. Environmental requirements: oil and water resistance, anti-pollution by debris, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, length extension required, load-bearing capacity needed, noise-free, cable concealment required.
Assembly Types: Bridge-type Drag Chain, Full-enclosed Drag Chain, Semi-enclosed Drag Chain.
1. Suitable for reciprocating motion applications, it provides traction and protection for internal cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. 2. Each section of the chain can be opened for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds. 3. The chain has been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, stone machinery, glass machinery, door and window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, lifting and transportation equipment, and automated warehouses.
