Conveyor Chain, also known as cable or wire protection conveyor chain, is a device used to secure cables, wires, compressed air pipes, or hydraulic pipes for easy rotation and movement.
Cables are categorized into steel and plastic types. Steel cables are made of steel and aluminum, available for customization, while plastic cables are also known as engineering plastic cables. Cables are divided into three types based on usage environment and requirements: bridge-type, fully enclosed, and semi-enclosed. Rectangular metal hoses, protective sleeves, bellows, and flexible metal hoses can also be included in cable protection and mobile power supply products. Cables are used in reciprocating motion applications, providing traction and protection for cables, oil lines, gas lines, water lines, and more. Cables are widely used in industries such as CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery, injection molding robots, handling machinery, plastic machinery, lifting equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles, metal processing machines, machine tools, casting machinery, and port equipment.
The chain is composed of numerous individual links that rotate freely between each other.
The drag chains within the same series have identical inner and outer heights, as well as pitch. The inner width and bending radius R can be selected from various options.
The modular link consists of left and right chain plates, as well as top and bottom covers. Each section of the chain can be opened for easy assembly and disassembly, without the need for wiring. After removing the cover, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and other items can be inserted into the conveyor.
Each section of the chain guide can be designed to be removable for easy installation and maintenance. It operates with low noise, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds.
Additionally, separator plates can be provided to partition the space within the chain as required.
Available in: steel drag chains, steel-aluminum drag chains, plastic drag chains, stainless steel drag chains, nylon drag chains, etc.
Form options include: bridge-style cable carriers, multi-link bridge-style cable carriers, enclosed cable carriers, noise-reducing cable carriers, open cable carriers, S-shaped cable carriers, flexible cable carriers, and cable pulling cable carriers, etc. Based on the environmental requirements: oil-proof, water-proof, resistant to debris contamination, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, requiring extension, load-bearing, noiseless, and cable concealment, etc.
Assembly Types: Bridge-type Cable Carrier, Full Enclosed Cable Carrier, Semi-Enclosed Cable Carrier.
1. Suitable for reciprocating motion applications, it provides traction and protection for internal cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. 2. Each section of the chain can be opened for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds. 3. The chain has been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, stone machinery, glass machinery, door and window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, lifting and transportation equipment, and automated warehouses.
