Cable Harness, also known as cable or wire protection conduits, is a device used to secure cables, wires, air pressure pipes, or hydraulic pipes for easy rotation and movement.
The chain guides are categorized into steel and plastic types. Steel chain guides are made of steel and aluminum, available for customization, while plastic chain guides are also known as engineering plastic chain guides. Chain guides are divided into three types based on usage environment and requirements: bridge-type, fully enclosed, and semi-enclosed. Rectangular metal flexible hoses, protective sleeves, bellows, and metal flexible hoses can also be included in chain guide protection and mobile power supply products. Chain guides are used in reciprocating motion applications, providing traction and protection for cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. They have been widely applied in industries such as CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery, injection molding robot arms, handling machinery, plastic machinery, lifting equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles, metal processing machines, machine tools, casting machinery, and port equipment.
The chain is composed of numerous individual links, which rotate freely between each other.
The inner height, outer height, and pitch of the same series of conduits are identical, while the inner width and bend radius R offer various options.
The modular link consists of left and right chain plates and top and bottom covers. Each section of the drag chain can be opened, making assembly and disassembly easy without the need for wiring. After removing the cover, cables, oil tubes, gas tubes, water pipes, and other items can be placed into the drag chain.
Each section of the chain guide can be designed to be openable, facilitating installation and maintenance. It operates with low noise, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds.
Additional separator plates are available to divide the space within the chain as needed.
Available in: Steel Conduit, Steel-Aluminum Conduit, Plastic Conduit, Stainless Steel Conduit, Nylon Conduit, etc.
Available types include: bridge chain, multi-bridge chain, enclosed chain, noise-reducing chain, open chain, S-type chain, swivel chain, wire-through chain, etc. Environmental requirements may include: oil and water resistance, debris protection, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, extended length, load-bearing capacity, noise-free, and cable concealment.
Assembly Types: Bridge-type Drag Chain, Full Enclosed Drag Chain, Semi-Enclosed Drag Chain.
1. Suitable for reciprocating motion applications, it provides traction and protection for internal cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. 2. Each section of the chain can be opened for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds. 3. The chain has been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, stone machinery, glass machinery, door and window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, lifting and transportation equipment, and automated warehouses.
