YZPSL、YZLNYP、YZLPWT、YZTPWTSeries high-temperature-resistant water coolingThe motor is an internally circulating water-cooled variable-frequency speed control three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed by our factory based on the variable-frequency speed control motor series, tailored to the specific requirements of the metallurgical continuous casting machine's on-site operating conditions. It is suitable for high-temperature environments and variable-frequency speed control systems. Its features include a wide speed regulation range, stable operation, high reliability, high operating efficiency, and a novel and aesthetically pleasing design.
1.2 This series of motors features a unique cooling system that ensures stable operation under high ambient temperatures for long periods. It boasts characteristics such as resistance to high temperatures and humidity, as well as corrosion resistance.
1.3 YZPSLE、YZLNYPEJ、YZWTEJSeries water-cooled electromagnetic variable-frequency motors feature a friction dry-type brake added to the non-axial extension end of the water-cooled variable-frequency motor. The brake is divided into two types: power-off braking and power-on braking, with the working voltage for power-off braking beingDC170V and DC24V, operating voltage of DC170V requires an external power supply of AC380V. The motor comes with a rectifier module, which operates at DC170V. The external power supply for DC24V is to be provided by the user.
1.4 This series of motors can operate continuously with variable speeds from 3 to 100 Hz. Within the 3 to 50 Hz range, it operates at a constant torque; from 50 to 100 Hz, it operates at a constant power. The product is widely used in various mechanical equipment requiring continuous speed adjustment and frequent forward and reverse operations in high-temperature, high-humidity, and corrosion-resistant environments such as metallurgy and chemical industries. It can be matched with various frequency conversion devices from both domestic and international markets.
1.5 The stator windings of this series motor use H-class insulation and have an IP55 protection rating.
The 1.6 motor operates normally in locations with an altitude not exceeding 1000m and an environmental air temperature not exceeding 60℃.
The cooling water pressure must not exceed 0.6 Mpa, and the quality of the cooling water should be ordinary tap water, pure water, or industrial softened water. There should be no suspended impurities. If there are impurities in the industrial softened water, they should be filtered before use. Ensure the waterway is unobstructed during the motor operation.
1.8 This series of motors features two water inlet and outlet pipe connections, with a specification of 1/2" diameter (1/2').
1.9 Motor Installation: During B5 installation, the pipe connection on the flange end cover should be positioned below as the inlet pipe. The pipe connection on the rear cover should be positioned above as the outlet pipe. For vertical (V1) installation, water should enter from the flange end cover and exit from the rear cover. For inverted (V3) installation, water should enter from the rear cover and exit from the flange end.
