High-inclination belt conveyorThe conveyor significantly reduces the conveying line length compared to conventional belt conveyors, minimizing land usage; it can reach heights of up to 200 meters; its energy consumption per unit weight of material is 30% lower than that of conventional belt conveyors; it offers higher reliability than bucket elevators with lower maintenance costs; its service life is comparable to that of conventional belt conveyors; and it operates under similar environmental conditions and handles similar types of materials as conventional belt conveyors.
Structure: The corrugated edge conveyor belt consists of the base belt, corrugated edge, and cross-bar. The corrugated edge and cross-bar are bonded to the base belt through secondary vulcanization.
(1) Base rubber conveyor belts with cotton duck core, chemical fabric core, steel wire rope core, or belts with added transverse rigid layers.
(2) The wave edge is divided into light (N), medium (S), and heavy (ES) types, with two shapes: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The bulkheads are made of fiber composite materials, offering strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and good rigidity. They come in models T, TS, C, TC, and TCS.
When the inclination angle of conveying is less than 40°, the transverse plate is selected in T or TS type; when the inclination angle of conveying is greater than 40°, the transverse plate is selected in C, TC, or TCS type.
Drive Unit: The power section of the conveyor. Composed of Y series electric motors, ZJ type shaft-mounted reducer, and wedge-type reverse stop.
Transmission Drum: The main component for power transmission, the conveyor belt operates by friction between it and the transmission drum. This series of transmission drums comes in two types: coated and smooth. The coated drums are designed to increase the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.
Directional Drum: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. Directional drums are applied to the lower surface (non-carrying surface) of the conveyor belt.
Tension roller: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, the tension roller is applied to the upper surface (load-bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.
Rollers: Rollers are used to support conveyor belts and the materials on them, ensuring stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Tension roller: The tension roller supports the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc frame, resting on the empty edges on both sides of the edge conveyor belt. Several sets of tension rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. The tension roller is supported by an overhanging arm.
Vertical Rollers: Used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and mounted on the upper and lower transition frame. Each filter section frame is equipped with four, two on each side.
Tambour cleaning device: Used to knock down material stuck on the backside of the conveyor belt.
Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has adequate tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between the conveyor's supports to ensure smooth operation of the conveyor.
This series features a spiral tensioning mechanism.
Rack, head funnel, head shield, feed chute, intermediate shelf, and intermediate shelf legs, etc.: These components serve as supports, dust prevention, and material guidance in the conveyor system.
This series features three types of intermediate shelf legs: low, medium, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are only compatible with low-style intermediate shelf legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are paired with different intermediate shelf legs (low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style intermediate shelf legs) depending on the different head frames (low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style head frames).
Application Range:
① Suitable for industries such as coal, grain, construction materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
② Can transport various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an environmental temperature range of -25 to 40°C.
③ The conveying angle reaches 90°, and the conveying material can be up to 550mm in size.
