The FBDCZ series (formerly BDK62 series) coal mine axial flow fans are large-scale explosion-proof fans developed based on the ventilation network parameters of Chinese coal mines. They feature high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. The static pressure efficiency of the product can reach above 86%, meeting the level of mine main fans in China. The materials used in these fans have passed the friction spark test at the Chongqing Branch of the China Coal Research Academy and meet the explosion-proof requirements. The overall explosion-proof performance of the fans has passed the explosion-proof inspection by the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Appliance Product Quality Testing Center.
Key Features:
1. To meet the resistance requirements of coal mine ventilation networks and ensure fan efficiency, this model employs a counter-rotating structure. The two impellers rotate in opposite directions, allowing for the elimination of the middle guide vanes and reducing their losses, thereby enhancing the fan's efficiency.
2. The design features a direct connection between the motor and impeller, which eliminates transmission unit damage accidents and reduces energy loss in the transmission system, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the fan unit.
3. Motors are all installed in an enclosed housing within the fan's main air duct, which has a certain pressure resistance. This housing isolates the motor from the gas-containing air in the fan's ducts, serving also as a heat dissipation device. The housing features two rows of streamlined air ducts, connecting the main air duct to the ground atmosphere. This allows fresh air to enter the housing while maintaining a positive pressure inside the housing during the fan's operation.
4. The blower limit device can achieve static pressure efficiency of over 86%, with a wide efficient range, ensuring the main fan efficiency in the mine's three mining stages is above 75%. This reverses the low operating efficiency of large-scale Chinese mines, leading to significant energy savings.
5. The fan can be reversed to reverse the airflow, with the reverse airflow reaching 60% of the normal airflow. No additional reverse airflow channel is required, offering the advantages of cost-saving infrastructure investment and fast reverse airflow speed.
6. The blade installation angle of the impeller is adjustable, allowing for adjustment of the blade angle according to production requirements. This fan features a special design with a performance curve free of humps, ensuring stable operation under any network resistance.
7. This series of fans operates stably with minimal vibration, and both the fan and the diffuser can be mounted on a flatbed cart with wheels, allowing for long-term continuous operation.
