Coal mine main fan counter-rotating explosion-proof fan
The FBDCZ series (formerly BDK62 series) fans are large-scale coal mine explosion-proof axial flow fans developed based on the ventilation network parameters of China's coal mines. They offer high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. The static pressure efficiency of the product's upper limit can reach over 86%, meeting the level of main fans used in Chinese mines. The materials used in these fans have passed the friction spark test at the Chongqing Branch of the China Coal Research Academy and meet the explosion-proof requirements. The overall explosion-proof performance of the fans has passed the explosion-proof inspection of the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Appliance Product Quality Testing Center.
Key Features:
1. To meet the resistance requirements of coal mine ventilation networks and ensure fan efficiency, this unit features a counter-rotating structure. The two impellers rotate in opposite directions, allowing for the elimination of the middle guide vane and reducing its losses, thereby enhancing the fan's efficiency.
2. The motor and impeller are directly connected, which avoids damage to the transmission device and eliminates energy loss from the transmission, thereby improving the efficiency of the fan unit.
3. Motors are all installed in an enclosed housing within the fan's main air duct, which has a certain pressure resistance. This housing isolates the motor from the gas-containing air in the fan's ducts and also serves as a heat dissipation unit. The housing features two rows of aerodynamic air ducts that connect to the ground atmosphere via the main air duct, allowing fresh air to enter the housing. This also ensures that the air inside the housing maintains a positive pressure during the fan's operation.
4. The fan unit static pressure efficiency can reach over 86%, with a wide high-efficiency range, ensuring the main fan efficiency in the three mining stages of the mine is above 75%. This reverses the low operation efficiency of large-scale Chinese mines' main fans and can save a significant amount of electricity.
5. The fan can be reversed for reverse airflow, with a reverse airflow capacity of up to 60% of the normal airflow. No additional reverse airflow channel is needed, offering the advantages of cost-saving in infrastructure investment and fast reverse airflow speed.
6. The blade installation angle of the impeller is adjustable, allowing for adjustment of the blade angle according to production requirements. This fan features a special design with a performance curve free of humps, ensuring stable operation under any network resistance.
7. This series of fans operates stably with minimal vibration, and both the fan and the diffuser can be mounted on a flatbed cart with wheels, allowing for long-term continuous operation.
