The FBD Coal Mine Special Local Ventilator features a rational structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, significant energy-saving effects, low noise, and long blowing distance. It can be used either as a whole unit or in stages, depending on the ventilation resistance requirements, thereby reducing ventilation time and saving energy. For tunnels up to 2000 meters in length, the ventilator can supply air without moving, reducing the labor intensity for workers and saving ventilation time, making it an ideal equipment for local ventilation in coal mine shafts. Additionally, it is also suitable for high-pressure ventilation applications in metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, tunnels, gold, chemicals, shipbuilding, and ceramics industries.

Features of Coal Mine Special Local Ventilator:
The FBD series fans feature a gentler air pressure, with minimal surge phenomena. They operate stably in both high air pressure and low flow areas. They are suitable for long-distance air supply in underground mines and have strong adaptability to complex tunnels.
The FBD series fans incorporate thermal spraying technology in their manufacturing to enhance the corrosion and wear resistance of the blades and body. Based on the corrosive elements present in the mine, over 20 different materials are formulated. Utilizing supersonic arc spraying and high-speed flame spraying, the casing and blades are treated with thermal spraying, resulting in rust-free, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant blades with a long service life.
