The hydraulic performance of the spray system in the mobile garden environmental protection fog cannon is related to the spray body structure, commonly represented by parameters such as the droplet distribution, the droplet density of the spray body, water consumption, and water pressure. The parameters include: the company's range, which is the horizontal distance of the straight-line movement of the mist droplets from the spray nozzle of the fogger; the company's effective length, which is the horizontal distance from the spray nozzle to the point where the droplets start to follow a parabolic trajectory under gravity; and the company's spray body expansion angle, which determines the spray area and dust collection surface. The system uses an imported high-pressure plunger pump to increase water pressure to over 5MPa and then discharge a large volume of atomized water droplets through specially designed nozzles, with droplet diameters below 30 micrometers. The equipment features time-setting functionality, an automatic water inlet tank, and a food-grade filtration device; the working principle is that when the vehicle enters the infrared sensing area of the material storage, it triggers an infrared signal, causing the equipment to start automatically and spray. After the truck unloads and departs, the equipment will automatically shut down after the set time.
