Environmental Mist Sprayer Safety Operation Procedures and Precautions:
1. During operation, strictly adhere to the operational procedures. It is strictly prohibited to start the liquid pump first. The liquid pump must only be activated after the fog cannon's fan is running normally to prevent liquid from flowing back into the axial flow fan and nozzle due to the early start of the pump.
2. After the fan starts, personnel must not approach the intake of the axial flow fan or stand at the outlet of the wind tube. When spraying, the spray bucket should face outward; when there's wind, spray with the wind.
3. During spraying, the pressure must not exceed the maximum pressure of 40 kg as specified in the instruction manual.
4. Absolutely prohibit sand, mud, or debris from entering the water tank to prevent blockages in pipes, fog cannon nozzles, or damage to the plunger pump. In case of nozzle blockage or leakage, promptly shut off the spray valve or shut down the machine for cleaning and troubleshooting.
5. After the spraying operation, it is mandatory to drain all accumulated water from the machine, especially in areas with low temperatures prone to freezing. When not in use, ensure complete drainage to prevent equipment and pipeline cracking due to freezing. After operation, areas that may be splashed, such as hands, feet, and face, should be washed promptly.
6. Check the tightness of all screws, strictly prohibit the plunger pump from running empty without water to avoid damaging internal parts of the machine. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to touch any part of the body to the power-driven rotating or transmission components.
7. Do not operate the machine when the temperature reaches the freezing point or if there is ice inside, as it may cause the fog cannon to fail to rotate and damage the equipment or lead to other accidents. If operation is necessary, ensure the ice inside has melted before starting the machine.
8. Regularly check the oil and piston grease levels in the plunger pump, and top up promptly. During the freezing season, replace the diesel engine and plunger pump lubricants with antifreeze oil suitable for the local temperature and fuel.
