With the rapid development of urban construction, the problem of construction dust is becoming increasingly severe, and the concentration of PM2.5 in the air is continuously rising due to construction dust. Inhalable particles have always been the primary air pollutant in cities, with the proportion of inhalable particles caused by dust exceeding 40% of the total. The impact on residents' production and living is becoming more and more serious. Minshun Environmental Protection's tower crane spray dust suppression system utilizes green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving new technology. It takes advantage of the characteristics of high-altitude operations of tower crane spray, using the construction site's water well or fire pond as the water source. After being pressurized, the water is transported through the water supply pipes in the tower crane frame to the spray nozzles on the boom for high-altitude spraying. Tests show that under wind speeds below level 2, high-altitude spraying can reduce the concentration of particles in the air on the construction site by 84%, achieving particularly significant dust suppression effects. Additionally, the system provides care for concrete structures through adjustable spray mist, saving labor costs for maintenance and improving the quality of construction work.

Tower Crane Sprinkler System Overview
The tower crane spray system is used for dust suppression and cooling within the rotation radius of the tower crane, as well as fire prevention and disaster reduction.
2. The tower crane sprinkler system can be connected to the municipal water network for water supply, and can also be integrated with a circulating water recycling system. The circulating water recycling system mainly consists of circulating water collection, filtration and sedimentation, storage facilities (tanks), pressure pumps, and recycling processes.

It also allows remote operation to control the system's start and stop, as well as the size of the mist and water volume, enabling three functions: operation control for the tower crane driver, ground concrete wet curing, and construction site fire prevention.
