The fog cannon is composed of components such as the impeller, air duct, rear diffuser, spray device, and bracket, featuring a new impeller, high-performance rear diffuser, and a new motor support structure. The fan efficiency is high, and the fog formation is stable with a wide range of fog volume adjustment. The droplet diameter is extremely uniform, operation is simple and convenient, and the service life is long. This machine is professionally designed by our company, incorporating advanced technologies from both home and abroad. It is an independently designed and developed new product with high quality and technological content, catering to the national environmental protection, dust removal, and disinfection needs. It is a new dust removal equipment designed to address PM2.5 air quality exceedances.

Dust Removal Fog Sprayer Operation, Maintenance, and Care
Please check that all connections are properly aligned and fasteners are secure before turning on the machine.
2. First, press the fan operation button on the control box with your finger (can be operated remotely). Once the fan starts and runs normally, press the spray start button and the pump head will begin to operate. Then, lower the pressure adjustment handle and adjust the pressure screw to maintain a pressure gauge reading of around 25-30kg. Tighten the fixed nut, release the water outlet switch connected to the air duct, and the air duct will start to spray, allowing you to proceed with the task. If the air duct needs to oscillate up and down or left and right (can be operated remotely), do so.
3. Upon completion of the task and when it's necessary to shut down, first press the spray stop button on the control box, then press the fan oscillation button and the fan stop button (can be operated remotely), and finally turn off the generator set.

4. Replace the engine oil in the pump head and crankcase every 20 hours, then every 50 hours thereafter. The appropriate time for an oil change is when the machine cools down after operation, simply unscrew the oil drain bolt on the pump head to release the oil and clear out any debris from the crankcase.
5. If you experience reduced flow and insufficient pressure during operation, please check if the pump's drive belt is loose, if the suction pipe is securely fastened and not leaking, and if the pump's piston seal is worn. Observe if any liquid flows back after closing the return valve; if it does, inspect the return valve stem or seat for damage. Any parts that cannot be repaired should be replaced immediately. Dealers provide free parts within the first year of factory warranty. Damage caused by non-compliance with operating procedures is not covered, but the factory or dealer is still obligated to provide service or repairs to the user.
