Steel column series radiators are made of low-carbon cold-rolled steel plates meeting national standards, offering excellent heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and high compressive strength. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are treated for corrosion resistance, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. High-quality fully automatic flash welding equipment is imported, with the sheet welding standards meeting national requirements. The head welding is done using CNC welding equipment, achieving single-sided welding with double-sided shaping of the weld seams. The welds are oxidation-resistant, have high welding strength, and are free of burrs and lumps, achieving the same strength as the raw materials.
