

Steel finned radiator advantages: (1) Fast heat dissipation, large heat dissipation area, wide application range, and high cost-performance. (2) Welding of finned radiator panels complies with national regulations; welds should be straight, even, neat, and aesthetically pleasing; no cracks, pores, incomplete welding, or burn-through defects are allowed; spot welds should be even, with a distance between adjacent spots not exceeding 40MM, and no burn-through defects. The welding of the heat dissipation tubes to the water pipes should be firmly bonded. (3) The paint film on the surface of the finned radiator is smooth, flat, and even; no bubbles, accumulation, drips, or missed spots are permitted; the thickness of the undercoat should not be less than 15μm, and the paint film thickness should not be less than 60μm. (4) The material used for painting the radiator surface is non-toxic and odorless, does not produce harmful substances to humans at high temperatures, and does not degrade its own physical properties; suitable for large workshops, large textile industries, large animal husbandry and breeding industries, large factories, and various other large-scale locations.
