Process Description:

 

Ø Waste gasUnder the action of the RTO fan, the gas is first pre-treated through a spray tower and an electrostatic oil removal device, then goes through a primary filter before being sent into the internal oxidation reaction of the RTO unit. The treated exhaust gas is then released high into the atmosphere through a chimney. The air volume of the RTO fan is automatically adjusted by a variable frequency drive to match the exhaust gas volume based on the air volume sent through the front pipeline.

Ø Emergency exhaust pipeline is set up in the RTO system. In case of a fault in the RTO system where it cannot continue operation, temporary emergency exhaust of the waste gas is required to avoid affecting the workshop production. The front-end waste gas fan must be capable of delivering the waste gas into the chimney for排放.

Ø Electrical control cabinet providedThe RTO system provides matching power supply, monitors, and controls the normal operation of the system; the owner must connect the power supply to the electrical cabinet.

Ø The compressed air provided by the owner in the compressed air system passes through a storage tank and a three-in-one assembly to remove water, oil, and dust from the gas, supplying clean air to pneumatic actuators and combustion engines; the owner must provideRTO equipment with reserved interfaces within 1m range.

Ø Natural gas serves as the fuel for burners, with gas pipelines capable of meeting the high consumption needs of burners. The gas supply must be connected to the burner valve assembly by the owner. The burner valve assembly is equipped with a gas leak detection device, ensuring safe operation.
