The bolt shaft raceway of the bolted roller bearing is heat treated. The thick-walled outer ring of the roller has an arched outer surface to prevent force concentration. The outer ring features two integral flanges, guided axially by the rollers. The bolt shaft head and the installed side flange provide axial support to the outer ring through the rollers.

The outer race of the bolted roller bearings (PWKR series) features dual grooves, and the two rows of rollers are in a separate fully-caged double-row cylindrical roller structure.
