It is mainly used in places where the protected areas are not convenient to be combined or where two protected areas are adjacent, but there is a possibility of a fire occurring simultaneously.

18. The smoke-must-be-quiet automatic fire extinguishing system integrated distribution system refers to a fire extinguishing system that uses a set of extinguishing agent storage devices to protect multiple protected areas.

19. The Yaniu Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System consists of three parts: the fire alarm system, the fire control system, and the fire extinguishing system. The fire extinguishing system is further composed of the extinguishing agent storage device and the pipeline system.

20. In the event that both detectors within the protected area simultaneously trigger a fire alarm, the smoke-free automatic fire suppression system's automatic fire suppression controller will emit an electrical signal command after a delay of 30 seconds. This will initiate the electrically-powered cylinder valve and the corresponding selector valve according to a pre-set combination distribution method, thereby implementing automatic fire suppression.

21. The cylinder distribution panel of the Yanbijing automatic fire extinguishing system is designed for the combined distribution of cylinder arrangements for extinguishing agents in Area A and Area B through electrical principles, and also serves as a junction box. The panel also features a switch for switching between the main and backup cylinders.

22. When both detectors in the protected area simultaneously emit fire signals, the controller of the smoke-free automatic fire extinguishing system immediately sends telecommunication commands to open the corresponding control area's cylinder. The starting gas is divided into two paths: one passes through a seven-way one-way valve to open the selector valve of the corresponding protected area, and the other directly opens the extinguishing agent storage group to extinguish the fire in the protected area.

23. Yanyi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: In the event of failure of the electric or pneumatic start, staff can manually open the corresponding selector valve and cylinder valve at the equipment site to initiate fire extinguishing. The emergency start cut-off box is used to manually initiate or stop the fire extinguishing system at the protected site.

24. Environmental requirements for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The temperature in the cylinder storage room should be between 0°C and 50°C, and cylinders should not be directly exposed to sunlight or placed near heat sources.

33. 39. Safety Precautions for the YBJQ Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The safety pin on the pneumatic bottle head valve and the fire extinguishing agent bottle head valve is always in a sealed state. The safety pin is only removed manually to break the seal when the system is initiated.

40. Safety Precautions for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: During installation, be sure to fit the assembly seal on both ends of the metal flexible hose.

41. Safety Precautions for the YB Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The pneumatic cylinder is filled to a pressure of 10MPa. If the pressure drops below 6MPa due to chronic leaks or other reasons, it must be refilled to 10MPa and a leak tightness test must be conducted to ensure the reliability of the system's pneumatics.

42. Precautions for the YANBIJING Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: All connections in the piping, particularly the pneumatic start-up piping, should be reliable and free of any leaks.

43. Important precautions for the installation of the Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: Strictly avoid any impact on the system components during installation, especially the bottle head valve and the filling valve on top of it, as well as the piston assembly. Failure to do so may lead to damage and even pose a risk to personal safety.

44. Precautions for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The wiring of the alarm and control section (electrical part) must be ensured to be accurate and reliable, with no misconnections.

45. Emergency response to urgent faults of the Yanejing automatic fire extinguishing system: In case of a fire, if the automatic alarm control cabinet loses its extinguishing function, the following steps should be taken to activate the fire extinguishing system: a) First, pull the safety pin on the cylinder in the burning area, pull out the handle to start the extinguishing system. b) After the above steps, if the bottle head valve of the storage cylinder cannot be opened, use the method in step a to open the bottle head valve of the starting cylinder. If the selector valve for the fire point area is not open, turn the handle on the selector valve to use the gas from the extinguishing agent inside the pipeline to open the selector valve, release the extinguishing agent, and thereby activate the entire fire extinguishing system.

46. Caution for the YanBiJing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: In case of a false alarm without a fire occurring, press the reset button to reset the main unit. Alternatively, first press the emergency shutdown button, then the reset, to bring the main unit back to normal operation.

47. The Yanyi Jing automatic fire extinguishing system should be regularly inspected and maintained by a dedicated person who has been specially trained and passed the examination.

48. Upon the commissioning of the Yaniu Jing automatic fire extinguishing system, the following documents should be in place: 1) Approved completion acceptance application report. 2) Construction records and intermediate acceptance records of concealed works. 3) Completion drawings and written records of design changes. 4) Completion report, design specifications, and debugging report. 5) User and maintenance manuals for the system and its main components. 6) Inspection reports, test reports, and factory certificates of conformity for system components, piping materials, and pipe accessories. 7) Completion acceptance report, operational procedures for the system, and records and charts of system inspections and maintenance.

49. The Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System shall undergo two inspections in accordance with the regulations for the gas fire extinguishing system, with the inspection contents and requirements as follows: 1) Conduct an external inspection of all system components, including the extinguishing agent storage containers, selector valves, liquid one-way valves, high-pressure hoses, collecting pipes, valve drive units, piping, and nozzles. The system components should be free from collision deformation and other mechanical damage, with no rust on the surface, intact protective coatings, clear labels, and protective covers, lead seals, and safety signs on manual operation devices should be in good condition. 2) The pressure inside the Yanbijing extinguishing agent storage container should not be less than 90% of the design pressure. 3) The pressure of the pneumatic drive unit's pneumatic source should not be less than 6MPa.

50. The Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System should undergo two inspections of the gas extinguishing system annually. The inspection content and requirements, in addition to the monthly checks, should comply with the following provisions: 1) The openings in the protected area, the use of the protected area, and the types, quantities, and distribution of combustible materials should meet the design specifications. 2) The equipment in the extinguishing agent storage room, the extinguishing agent supply pipes, and the supports and hangers should be securely fastened without any looseness. 3) All nozzle openings should be unobstructed. 4) In case of damage and blockage in the extinguishing agent supply pipes, conduct a tightness test and blow cleaning.

51. The YANBIJING fire suppression system's YANBIJING cylinders, in accordance with the "Regulations for Safety Supervision of Gas Cylinders," are to be inspected every five years for cylinders containing inert gases. If severe corrosion, damage, or doubts about their safety and reliability are found during use, an inspection should be conducted in advance.
