4-axis linear motor drive

The XYUV 4-axis utilizes a high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house, establishing a direct drive method without ball screw.
Maintaining half-permanent, gapless, and accurate shaft movement is something that traditional drive methods (ball screw method) simply cannot achieve. The features of linear motors include high responsiveness and high tracking capability, which, when used for precise positioning and processing, will exhibit excellent discharge properties.

New power unit and newly processed circuit

Equipped with a 19-inch horizontal touch screen, utilizing a new human-machine interface, offering enhanced clarity and convenience.
Additionally, it comes standard with features such as the "Non-Wave Control II" which significantly reduces waviness during processing, the "TMP Control II" which decreases surface roughness during secondary processing and increases semi-finished machining speed.

Enhance operability and production efficiency

Standard ceramic workpiece bracket, mouth-shaped mold base, automatic three-sided up and down processing tank, Z-axis following motion with automatic liquid level adjustment feature, enhancing operability.
Additionally, the high-speed automatic threading device (FJ-AWT) and intermediate liquid level control feature can achieve high-precision processing and improve production efficiency through unattended operation.
