4-axis linear motor drive

The XYUV 4-axis utilizes a high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house, establishing a direct drive method without the need for ball screws.
Maintaining a semi-permanent, gapless, and precise shaft movement is something that traditional drive methods (ball screw methods) simply cannot achieve. The features of linear motors include high responsiveness and high tracking capability, which, when used for accurate positioning and processing, will exhibit exceptional discharge properties.

New power unit and newly processed circuit

Equipped with a 19-inch horizontal touch screen, utilizing the new human-machine interface, offering enhanced clarity and convenience.
Additionally, it comes standard with features like the "Non-Waviness Control II" for significantly reducing waviness during processing, the "TMP Control II" for lowering surface roughness during secondary processing and increasing semi-finished processing speed.

Enhance operability and production efficiency

Standard configuration includes ceramic workpiece bracket, mouth-shaped mold base, automatic three-side up and down processing tank, Z-axis follow-up automatic liquid level adjustment function, enhancing operability.
Additionally, the high-speed automatic threading device (FJ-AWT) and intermediate liquid level control feature can achieve high-precision processing with unmanned operation, enhancing production efficiency.
