The two villas are located in a deep excavation filling area, with a depth of 20 meters. Due to uneven settlement, the houses have tilted, with a tilt difference of 1.2 meters, and are in a dangerous condition. The core technology employed is foundation reinforcement treatment, concrete lifting pier fabrication, and correction via a PLC synchronous control system. Construction commenced in June 2018 and took 20 days.
