Jiaozhou Greening Project Luxury Villa Whole Structure Horizontal and Vertical Lifting Project in Qingdao, Shandong. The villa is located within the Greening Project of Jiaozhou City (within the estate). Due to the airport expressway planning, the luxury villa was horizontally shifted 196 meters north, then turned 16.6 degrees for relocation, and then lifted vertically 1 meter in sync. Pre-stressed concrete replacement technology was used. The project employed a rail tie traction horizontal shifting method, rolling shift, and dynamic monitoring. After 70 days of hard work, the entire villa was shifted 196 meters from south to north.
