The building was constructed in 1986. This relocation first slid the entire structure 6.5 meters eastward, followed by a lifting of 0.8 meters. It employs a PLC-controlled hydraulic system for synchronous horizontal sliding and lifting, representing advanced domestic technology in the field of building relocation and lifting.
