Wastewater Concentration and Reduction by Over 90% - Zero Emission - Heat Pump Evaporator Concentration - Quankun Environmental Protection
Industrial wastewater "zero discharge" is of great significance to the national energy security strategy and sustainable development. Responsible enterprises take this as a development goal; however, due to limitations in management, technology, and funding, China has a long way to go to achieve true "zero discharge." By optimizing water balance in industrial use and reusing it to the highest quality, the cost of water treatment technology in all stages can be effectively reduced.

Principle of Low-Temperature Vacuum Evaporator:
The low-temperature vacuum evaporator, through its internal vacuum system, distillation tank, exchange system, and the conversion of the equipment's own thermal energy system, performs heat exchange on the raw high-risk wastewater. This process recovers and reuses the raw liquid at 30-30.40, and the remaining concentrated liquid is discharged from the outlet after reaching a set concentration. The entire system utilizes a human-machine interface, operates fully automatically, and is easy and stable to handle.

Features:
The MVR evaporator technology is a current international evaporation technique. It requires only a small amount of raw steam to be supplied to the machine, using just enough raw steam to compensate for heat loss and replenish heat content. By minimizing the material flow in and out, it significantly reduces the company's operational costs and lessens environmental pollution.
Utilizing a compressor as the heat source, it reduces most of the temperature difference compared to traditional evaporators, resulting in weaker steam, significantly improving product quality, and minimizing scaling.
Low requirements for condensers, even no need for them. Simple structure and process, fully automatic operation, continuous running, safe and reliable.
Equipment is compact, occupying minimal space, and requires few public facilities.

Wastewater Concentration and Reduction by Over 90% - Zero Emission - Heat Pump Evaporator Concentration - Quankun Environmental Protection
Low-temperature evaporators utilize a steam compressor to act on the secondary steam, increasing its pressure and temperature. This heated steam is then used as the heat source for evaporation, which is a continuous and repetitive process. Most of the liquid in the original solution evaporates into steam, which is condensed and discharged to meet emission standards. The remaining concentrated liquid and crystalline matter are recovered and processed.
