Process Description:

Wastewater from some tanks is pumped into neutralization reactors, adjusting the pH to 69. Heavy metal ions react with alkali to produce hydrogen gas. Laboratory wastewater flows through pipes into a collection tank network.

4. Then add PAC, PAM sludge, and flocculant.

5. After condensation, the waste water enters a security filter to remove suspended solids.

6. Water production enters the membrane for treatment.

7. Sludge and solid waste must be handled by qualified units. The odor produced by the integrated unit pool must be introduced into the laboratory for waste gas treatment and discharged through pipelines.

8. Install one or more laboratory wastewater treatment systems in the lab space, to highly treat the laboratory wastewater, and then discharge it into the biochemical pond or municipal sewage system after meeting relevant standards.
